Nelly Fest is a dance music night that takes place a few times a year in Shoreditch, London and has a range of DJs playing drum & bass, garage, house, jungle, techno and more. I was commissioned to adapt their existing logo into a 3D model, which would be textured so that it resembled a Y2K aesthetic.
I also animated the 3D logo to levitate up and down with slight rotation. It is intended to be displayed as a holographic projection at the next Nelly Fest event.
In addition to this, I also produced a variation of this animation, which simply has the logo rotating 360 degrees. This variation is intended to be used in the corner of videos for social media.
