Riley the Android

This looping animation was inspired by Synthwave, Chillwave, Vapourwave and lo-fi hip-hop mixes, which often pair music with simple repeating animated scenes. Riley is an android character fighting for android self-determination in a near-future society shaped by automation and instability.

I originally developed Riley for an early-stage comic project exploring automation and where it could lead.
